That this House recognises Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service's campaign encouraging the practice of adding In Case of Emergency (ICE) to the emergency contact's name in mobile phones; notes that the majority of the population now carry a mobile phone, making it the most effective means of identifying a person's emergency contact; urges the Government to support the campaign which will not only help the patient but the emergency services, hospital staff and put families' minds at rest.
