That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2008 (S.I., 2008, No. 3156), dated 9 December 2008, a copy of which was laid before this House on 15 December, be annulled.
