Original motion text

That this House urges Her Majesty's Government to fully support, within the European Council of Ministers, amendments to the European Commission's proposal for a Directive on Cosmetics (OJ 91/C52/06) to end the use of living animals to test cosmetic and toiletry products and their ingredients.
