That this House calls on the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry to give a clear undertaking that the requirement that all electrical appliances can only be sold with a pre-fitted plug will be implemented with the requirement that such a plug shall be suitable for use by disabled people or those with wasting muscles, wastening of the muscles or other problems.
