leave out from 'House' to end and add 'strongly supports teaching programmes on AIDS/HIV in schools but calls on the Education Secretary and the Scottish Education Minister to pursue further discussions with the particular Christian groups who remain concerned that materials circulated to their children could breach their conscience and belief.'

That this House is opposed to any Order relating to Aids education which does not include a Christian conscience clause to permit parents to withdraw their children from teaching on AIDS/HIV in schools.
