Motion text

That this House recognises and applauds the superb work that has been carried out, over the past 62 years, in training apprentice engineers in the Ministry of Defence; notes the high standards of skills training provided by the training centre instructors and staff, who annually turn out apprentices of the highest quality; and calls on the Government to ensure that schemes such as the one in Defence Support Group are kept fully resourced and developed in order to provide highly skilled workers to the UK economy.
