That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No. 2) (England) Order 2010 (S.I., 2010, No. 2134),dated 1 September 2010, a copy of which was laid before this House on 7 September, be annulled.
