That this House recognises that bowel cancer is the UK's second biggest cancer killer; that there is a death from bowel cancer every 30 minutes; notes that during April's Bowel Cancer Awareness month over 3,200 people in the UK will be diagnosed with bowel cancer and more than 1,350 will die from the disease; welcomes Beating Bowel Cancer's call for everyone to take a few moments to learn the symptoms of bowel cancer and how to act upon them; and congratulates all supporters for their fundraising during Bowel Cancer Awareness month and for helping to raise awareness.
