That this House notes that the price of oil has dropped by 28 per cent over the last three months whilst the pound has only dropped by two per cent against the dollar; isdisappointed that the price of petrol at the pumps has only dropped by five per cent; and calls on the Office of Fair Trading to initiate an investigation into the oil companies for anti-competitive behaviour.
