Motion text

That this House notes that T-shirts stating that trade unionists plan to desecrate the grave of Baroness Thatcher when she passes on have been put on sale at the Trade Union Congress (TUC); believes that there ought to be a level of human decency in British politics; further believes that the abuse directed towards Baroness Thatcher is unwarranted and must stop; condemns those trade unionists who designed this T-shirt; and calls on moderate members of the TUC to disassociate themselves from this vile and insensitive abuse.
