That this House notes the function of the Trident Alternatives Review is to assist the public debate in assessing the case for alternative systems to Trident; believes this will make an excellent and vital contribution to an open national debate about the future of the UK's nuclear weapons programme; and urges the fullest publication of the Review to ensure the most informed discussion on this issue.
