That this House condemns the evasive policies of the Labour Party on the future of the European Community, which are designed solely to cover up their massive split on this fundamental issue; and further condemns the Liberal Democrats for their blind rush towards Federalism.

at end add 'but regrets that at the same time as it opposes the word federalism the Conservative Party is preparing to accept procedures which will (a) lead to a European Central Bank which will restrict future policies of any governments of the United Kingdom and (b) transfer to the European Parliament a veto over policies approved by the Parliament and Government of the United Kingdom.;
