That this House recognises the achievement of Louise Russell, of Clarkston, who set up the charity, Give a Dog a Bone - and an Animal a Home, which helps those over 60 years of age to find a rescue pet companion; congratulates her on founding this unique charity and on acting as an intermediary between animal rescue facilities and people over 60 who are looking for pets, and on helping over 70 animals and their owners to find a brighter future together over the last two years; and further congratulates Louise on receiving a Point of Light award.
