That this House unreservedly condemns the decision of Tesco, Asda and Safeway to deliberately flout the trading laws; congratulates Marks and Spencer and Waitrose for deploring their competitors' decision to break the law; supports USDAW and shop workers in their demands for shop workers to be spared Sunday working; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to uphold the Sunday trading laws in accordance with the declared wishes of this Parliament.
