Motion text

That this House recognises the innovative approach of the Scottish Government in abolishing the Quality Outcome Framework for GPs so as to reduce bureaucracy and free-up more time to spend caring for patients; recommends that the Government consider a similar move; and commends the Scottish Government's relationship with the medical profession which is helping to shape future primary care services in Scotland.
