That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Housing Benefit (Abolition of the Family Premium and date of claim) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I., 2015, No.1857), dated 3 November 2015, a copy of which was laid before this House on 9 November, be annulled.
