That this House congratulates Corrie Primary School, on the Isle of Arran, on being awarded £800 from the Big Lottery Fund in January 2016, as part of the Awards for All Scotland grant programme; commends the work of the Big Lottery Fund, which supports smaller organisations in securing funding for a variety of different projects and improvements, including assisted learning, enhancing local spaces and bringing communities together; and is delighted that Corrie Primary School intends to use the money to take all of its pupils for swimming lessons at the local swimming pool, which will help to further promote a healthy lifestyle through physical activity, something that the school upholds as a key priority.
