That this House congratulates the Welsh League of Youth on broadcasting its 2016 Goodwill Message from the young people of Wales to the wider international community; recognises that the annual message, which has been broadcast annually since 1929, is a means of fostering international cititizenship among the younger generation; encourages the movement to re-establish its international youth camps and volunteer schemes; and wishes Urdd Gobaith Cymru every success at the National Eisteddfod in Flint, over the Whitsun Bank Holiday, from where the Goodwill Message will be launched.
