That this House congratulates Ethan Toner from the 8th Ayr Boys' Brigade Company, based at St James Parish Church in Ayr, who has gained his Queen's Badge; recognises that this is the highest award that a boy can achieve in the Boys' Brigade; notes the opportunities that organisations like the Boys' Brigade can offer young people; acknowledges the hard work, time and dedication that Ethan has given to both his Brigade Company and his community; and applauds his enthusiasm to face new challenges and to push himself to gain new skills.
