Members and especially those hon. Members from Northern Ireland who, through Justice for Colombia, have provided international support and experience sharing with the Peace for Colombia negotiators; notes that now that an agreement on peace has been reached, it is time for the de-listing of the FARC-EP; hopes that the Government will make further representations to the government of Colombia for the release from prison of Huber Ballesteros and all political prisoners; further notes that the agreement is only the beginning of the peace process and calls on the Government to encourage the government of Colombia and the ELN to begin formal negotiations as soon as possible; and hopes and anticipates that hon. Members continue to support Justice for Colombia in providing monitoring and observation of the implementation of the peace agreement.
