That this House congratulates and celebrates Andy Murray becoming the world's number one ranked men's singles tennis player; notes the success he has achieved this year in winning both the Wimbledon Championships and the Olympic Gold Medal, both for the second time; considers Andy a superb ambassador for his sport and inspiration for the next generation of tennis players; and commends this magnificent achievement, wishing Andy success for the rest of the year and for many seasons to come.
