Motion text
That this House recognises the valuable work of the Govan and Craigton Integration Network carried out since its inception over 10 years ago as a response from community and church members to support the needs of newly arrived asylum seekers, but has now evolved into a local charity working with, and for, all the diverse communities of the Greater Govan area to help plan public services, promote equal rights and opportunities and cross-cultural understanding and so is changing its name to the Govan Community Project; and wishes the project well in its future work.
