Motion text
That this House congratulates University of the West of Scotland (UWS) lecturer, Dr Dave Hughes, and his colleagues on their substantial achievement in receiving the prestigious Converge Challenge Award which was recently presented by First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon; notes that this was awarded due to Novosound's ground-breaking work in developing revolutionary technology that will allow parents to see their unborn child with the image quality of MRI; recognises the fantastic work taking place at UWS; and wishes Dr Hughes and Novosound the greatest of success as they take forward this innovative project.
