Motion text
That this House remembers with great sorrow the anniversary of the sectarian slaughter in January 1976 of 11 Protestant workmen at Kingsmill in south Armagh by unrepentant IRA terrorists; notes the bravery of the men including the sole survivor Alan Black who at first attempted to protect the single Catholic in their company; conveys to the families of these men the sincere and abiding sympathies of this House acknowledging the continuing pain and sorrow that is felt daily; and calls upon the PSNI Legacy Team to pursue those who planned and carried out the murders so that they are made accountable for their despicable and vile actions.
