Motion text
That this House calls upon the Government to urgently increase funding for colleges across the country; urges the Government to work with trade unions to ensure that college staff receive a long-overdue pay rise so that their pay is put on a par with that of school staff; and recognises the huge importance of colleges to the UK, especially those that specialise in working with students who have disabilities and additional educational needs such as Hereward College in Coventry.
