Motion text
That this House notes with alarm the cost of travelling to and from work for those who have to use the Silver Jubilee Bridge and Mersey Gateway Bridge which amounts to a cost of over £900 per year; further notes that in some cases this additional cost has led to some commuters having to leave their employment; and calls on the Government to give urgent consideration to removal of the tolls without any loss of revenue to local transport funding.
