That this House congratulates YoMo (Young Movers) on being awarded Young Start funding from the National Lottery Community Fund; acknowledges that this funding will be used to deliver a Youth Health Champions Project which is a volunteering opportunity designed for young people aged 12 to 25 to have a voice within their community on health-based issues; further acknowledges that Peer Education will be used as an approach to health promotion, in which young people are supported to promote health-enhancing change among their peers; praises YoMo for its incredible work right across Glasgow; and wishes all involved every continued success for the future.
