That this House notes that almost half of people eligible for Healthy Start Vouchers which provide healthy food and vitamins to pregnant women and young children are not receiving them; and therefore calls on the Government to take urgent steps to increase the uptake of this important scheme to ensure that those eligible are aware of the scheme's availability.
