Motion text

That this House recognises that the Global Fund has had a far-reaching impact on HIV, TB and Malaria; further recognises that 27 million lives have been saved the Global Fund Partnership; notes that more investments will bring us closer to ending those epidemics by 2030; further notes that more investment will allow prevention and treatment to reach more key populations impacted by HIV and increase the quantity and quality of diagnostics for TB; recognises that diseases do not know borders and that the Global Fund offers an opportunity to work with other countries and share technical knowledge to eradicate HIV; and calls on the Government to make sure that the Global Fund to fight HIV, TB and Malaria is fully funded.
