That this House congratulates Peter and George Horne, Cupar, for becoming the first brothers from North East Fife to play together in a Rugby World Cup; recognises the role that Howe of Fife Rugby Football Club has had in nurturing their talents and those of other young rugby players from across North East Fife who have gone on to play at professional level as well those winning caps for Scotland; marks the high level of support and enthusiasm for the success of the Horne brothers amongst the Cupar and the wider Howe of Fife community, as well as from Bell Baxter High School and Strathallan School; wishes them every success in the future; and further congratulates the entire Scotland squad on their efforts in Japan.
