Motion text
That this House recognises the efforts of Hourglass Scotland to protect and support some of the most vulnerable in our society; further recognises how Hourglass Scotland has contributed to stopping the spread of covid-19 by delivering food, toiletries and other essentials for free to older people living in isolation in Dunfermline and West Fife; and notes how Hourglass Scotland has contributed to tackling loneliness and isolation during this time with its free befriending phone line for the elderly, which is available for any older person who may be feeling lonely and just wants to talk to someone.
