That this House recognises the excellent work of Harlow College; further recognises the dedication of the teaching staff at Harlow College; commends the high quality of provision; congratulates Karen Spencer for her recent MBE which is a tribute to her work; notes that Harlow College has a deserved reputation; further notes the transformative impact that Harlow College has had upon my constituency; and calls upon the Government to praise Harlow College for its services to education.
