UK and EU Administrative Defence Agreement

Motion text

That this House recognises that an Administrative Defence Agreement with the EU would allow the Ministry of Defence (MOD) transparency on the defence projects and activities of the EU, giving the MOD maximum notice, visibility and details on which to base its decisions on participation in specific projects and programmes; calls on the Government to enter into immediate discussions and deliberations with EU allies to facilitate and agree a UK and EU Administrative Defence Agreement at the earliest opportunity.
