Motion text

That this House notes that, just like in the United Kingdom, the people of Gibraltar voted as full participants in the European parliamentary elections in June, thus setting an important precedent; and therefore calls upon Her Majesty's Government to ensure that the people of Gibraltar are also given the right to vote in the proposed referendum on the European constitution.
