That this House recognises Scottish artist Franks To's dedication to global peace through art; commends him on his successful collaborations with IM Swedish Development Partner, who created a new type of alloy from illegal firearms seized in conflict areas; appreciates the emotional and important messaging behind the artwork of Frank To including in his latest project which involves the creation of Humanium alloy pastels which will be used for public art displays in areas affected by gun violence; recognises the impact that the procurement and destruction of illegal firearms have on the lives of millions around the world; and wishes Frank success in highlighting the cause of global peace.
