Motion text
That this House recognises that many people living in rural communities need access to cash, particularly those who are elderly or financially excluded; further recognises that the many post office closures are having a devastating impact on people’s access to wider services as well as cash; and implores the Government not to forget the many people who rely on cash in policy going forward.
