Motion text
That this House recognises the theme of World Diabetes Day on 14 November 2021 is Access to Diabetes Care; expresses concern that millions of people with diabetes around the world do not have access to diabetes care; that people with diabetes require ongoing care and support to manage their condition and avoid complications; and therefore calls on the Government to increase investment in diabetes care and prevention, and broaden access to medicines to more of the 460 million people living with diabetes and the millions more at risk around the world.
