That this House congratulates Glasgow Subway on its 125th birthday; recognises the contribution the Clockwork Orange has made to the character of our city and its importance in keeping Glasgow connected; notes the huge efforts made to ensure the Subway has adapted throughout its lifetime and looks forward to the benefits the Subway Modernisation will bring; thanks all of the fantastic staff for their continued work and dedication to keep the carriages rolling and travellers safe throughout the pandemic despite the enormous challenges and risks posed by covid-19; and wishes our shoogly but dependable Subway all the best for the next 125 years.
