That this House congratulates Linton Hotel and Steakhouse on winning Hotel Restaurant of the Year South-East, and Hotel Restaurant of the Year Over All at Food Awards Scotland 2021; understands that the owner, Patrick Cairney was delighted with the double win that they picked up at an awards ceremony hosted in Glasgow in November 2021; notes that Linton Hotel and Steakhouse is Mr Cairney's first foray into the hotel and restaurant industry and that he credits his team for the win; and wishes Mr Cairney and his staff the best of luck with the future.
