That this House congratulates Hamilton Churches Drop In Centre on being awarded £1,000 in funding from the ASDA Foundation’s Bringing Communities Back Together Fund; recognises the drop in centre’s work in helping and supporting lonely, disadvantaged and vulnerable people within the community; understands the centre provides a three course meal every evening, offers washing and drying facilities for clothes, free clothing, shower and toilet facilities, access to healthcare and podiatry, help with housing and access to employment; applauds the work of the centre in providing better quality of life, improved wellbeing and social integration for members of the community enduring hardship; and wishes the centre well in its future endeavours.
