That this House congratulates Alison McColl, Managing Director and Founder of Fibro Friends United Scotland CIC, on receiving the Platinum Julbilee Champion Award, launched by the Royal Voluntary Service in honour of Her Majesty The Queen's 70 years of service; recognises Alison’s vital work in developing services, support, and education, as well as raising awareness of fibromyalgia across Scotland; further recognises the role that Alison has played in empowering and inspiring the fibromyalgia community to have a voice and be heard across services and systems in Scotland; commends the outstanding work of Alison and her team in launching various campaigns such as #lightupforfibro and #pledgeforfibro and working so hard to raise awareness of the condition; and further congratulates Alison on her excellent work to support the fibroymyalgia community, particularly during the challenges of recent years, and wishes her all the best for the future.
