That this House congratulates Braidbar Primary School Parent Council who successfully fundraised £20,000 in order to replace and upgrade trim trail playground equipment; puts on record appreciation for the hard work of the Parent Council who organised and hosted several events including a pub quiz, raffle, and a book fair; notes that outdoor playground equipment has been shown to be beneficial for children’s wellbeing; acknowledges that the Parent Council consulted pupils on how the money should be spent; and wishes the Parent Council, pupils, and the staff at Braidbar Primary School all the best for the future.
