That this House commends Marzena and Ricky Barclay and all of the staff at The Merchants Café Kirkcaldy on the success of their business since opening in 2020; recognises the contribution they have made to the town of Kirkcaldy, the community spirit they have brought to the area, and the support they offer to neighbouring businesses; applauds their dedication to offering high quality and homemade produce; congratulates them on their recent success at Scotlands Business Awards, winning Best New Coffee Shop in Fife and Best New Coffee Shop in Scotland; and wishes them continued success in the years to come.
