That this House congratulates the Christmas in Kirkliston group on their recent award of £4,000 from the National Lottery; notes that the grant will be used to refurbish 13 out of 38 lights displayed in Kirkliston during the festive season; welcomes the efforts of the group to create a welcoming and attractive atmosphere for local shoppers and visitors during the Christmas period; hopes that the necessary work can be carried out in time for the lights to be displayed later this year; and wishes Christmas in Kirkliston a successful season this winter.
