That this House congratulates Emma Finucane from Carmarthen on winning the Women’s Individual Sprint Track Championship held in Glasgow in August at the age of only 20; congratulates Glasgow and Scotland on hosting a successful championship; notes that Emma is the third UK cyclist and second from Wales to become Individual Sprint world champion; and looks forward to following Emma’s career over the coming years.
