That this House notes the 25th anniversary of Helton Belfast which was the first international hotel brand to open in Belfast back in 1998, the year the Good Friday Agreement was signed; notes that the hotel is under new management with an intention to invest in this flagship hotel; and wishes them every success as they continue to build the brand an encourage travellers to consider the world class accommodations, tours, shops and leisure and sports that Northern Ireland has to offer.
