That this House congratulates St Philomena’s Catholic Church of Winchburgh in West Lothian on the occasion of its 100th anniversary; celebrates the church’s century-long contribution to the spiritual, cultural, and social life of the local community; commends the dedication of its clergy, including Father John Deighan, Father Paul Henderson, and Deacon Douglas Robertson and the generations of parishioners who have sustained its mission; notes the significance of the centenary Mass celebrated by Archbishop Leo Cushley as a moment of reflection and renewal for the parish; and wishes St Philomena’s the very best as it enters its second century of service to the local community.
