That this House congratulates Diane Maciver, vice-chair of Elgin Cycling Club and founder ride leader of the Elgin Breeze Group, on receiving the British Cycling Community Champion Award in recognition of her longstanding and tireless work to make cycling more accessible in Moray; and acknowledges her voluntary efforts with the charity Get on a Bike, including leading rides and supporting people to take up cycling for health, mental wellbeing, and social connection.
