That this House congratulates Galgate resident and Ellel Parish Councillor Jasmine Peach on the opening of her new pop-up business, The Hook-a-Duck Bakery, in the Galgate Community Rooms; recognises Jasmine’s exceptional talent as a baker, reflected in her prize-winning cakes at the annual Galgate Gaslight Show; celebrates her achievement in fulfilling her long-held ambition to establish her own bakery; notes the overwhelming success of her opening day, with her bakes selling out; and wishes Jasmine and her partner Chris every success as they continue to bring their delicious creations to the local community.
