That this House congratulates Russell Construction on being named SME of the Year at the Moray Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Night; recognises the company’s strong performance, customer-focused ethos, and ambitious approach to sustainable growth; and commends the organisation for its contribution to the construction sector and its continuing commitment to excellence.
